Berge Bedrossian is co-Founder and Managing Partner of Strategic
Publishing Partners, LLC. He was founder and CEO of Strategic IT
Solutions, Corp. Previously Co-founder and President of Enterprise
Network Solution Exchange, Co-founder and Vice President of Administration/Operations
at eWanted, Inc. He raised its seed funding of $5M and first round
of $32M. He took eWanted, Inc. from a start-up company to one of
the top 100 sites on the internet (PC Magazine 2000). He was also
instrumental in putting together the executive management team.

Berge
Bedrossian was also co-Founder and Board Member of GravityWell Software,
Inc., Board of Advisors for MoveMoney, Advisory Board member of
Healthwide, and Founder of All Care Insurance Marketing, Inc. He
has negotiated exclusive contracts with major insurance companies
specializing in the senior market and expanded the company from
a single state to multiple states in the West and Midwest. He has
established an agent base of 1500 captive and contracted agents.
Before founding All Care he founded his own captive insurance agency
that grew from one office in Northern California to 17 offices in
California and Nevada with over 700 agents. |

M. Noceti, Managing Partner

George M. Noceti is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Strategic
Publishing Partners, LLC. He has over 25 years of experience in
strategic planning, marketing, business development and business
infrastructure. George was a partner with regional Hemming Morse,
CPA’s and Consultants where he led the management consulting
practice for seven years and specialized in working with startup
and turn around companies in the San Francisco Bay Area.
He has held senior level management positions with a number of bay
area companies. He joined Butterfield &

Butterfield,
the world’s fourth largest auction house in 1997 as a Senior
Executive Vice President and, under his leadership, in 1999 eBay
acquired Butterfield & Butterfield for $260 million. Subsequently,
George became the CEO and founder of GAVELNET.COM, an Internet based
premium auction business. Previously, he also held a senior operations
position with Electric Classifieds, an innovative worldwide online
classifieds commerce leader that launched one of the earliest revenue
models for the web. He was also President of AnimaTek International,
an off shore software development company that produced real-time
computer games. In addition to his many years as a consultant,
executive and entrepreneur, Mr. Noceti was a Principal in public
education in the SF East Bay while also lecturing in the school
of Education at San Francisco State University. Along with numerous
teaching and counseling credentials, he holds an MBA from St. Mary’s
College and an MA from San Francisco State University.Mr. Noceti
has been a regular contributor to the Business Times and President
and Ceo magazines writing articles from strategic planning to executive
compensation. |

Pete
Bedrossian, Partner
Pete Bedrossian was the vice
President of Sales at Strategic IT Solutions, Corp prior to joining
Strategic Publishing Partners, LLC as a partner. He was also President
of 1st Universal Insurance Marketing, Vice President of Bedrossian
Insurance Agency, and Vice President of All Care Insurance Marketing,
Inc. Pete was instrumental in training product and creating sales
material for both agencies bringing the sales force from six sales
people to over 700. He directly managed 17 offices for 22 years.

Sargon
Heinrich, Partner

Sargon Heinrich has served as President and Principal of many companies
that he has started and sold. His successful startup companies include
Monolith Interactive Solutions, I-Link Global, Xenolith Inc., Monolith
Information Services, and others. Prior to being an entrepreneurial
startup specialist, Sargon spent 13 years with Bechtel Corp. leading
domestic and international project management, public relations,
claims avoidance, project finance and business development activites.
These experiences culminated in his coordination and management
role in the extinguishing of the Kuwait Oil Fires after Desert Storm
in 1991 – 1993. Mr. Heinrich has lived and worked

| in over 100
countries and has provided guest lectures for many universities and
colleges. He currently resides in Northern
California. |
